shipping + returns

Online orders are shipped from our Paddington store using Sendle, a registered B-corp and carbon neutral shipping provider. 

Shipping to Australia is complimentary for orders over $150. All orders under $150 incur a flat shipping rate of $15. 

You will be sent confirmation of shipping and will be able to track your delivery.

To ensure contactless delivery, the courier will leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect. 

Delivery time
Orders are collected from our Paddington on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Parcels with Sendle generally arrive within 1-3 business days for Australian Metro areas. 

International Shipping
International shipping is available and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please get in touch at if you'd like to request international delivery to another country and we will send you a shipping quote. 

Gift Wrapping
elph ceramics offers complimentary gift wrapping on all our orders. 

elph ceramics uses carbon neutral tissue paper from No Issue Tissue and recyclable 'bubble wrap'. elph ceramics uses compostable packing pellets when shipping our products. The pellets can be added to your compost, put in your green bin or dissolved in water. 

Return for Exchange
While we hope you love your new ceramic, if you do with to exchange we are happy to offer a return for exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase accompanied by proof of purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible in person, via email or telephone. Items must be in new condition.

Unfortunately elph ceramics is unable to cover any return postage costs applicable to a change of mind exchange. Shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable in the case of return for exchange.

elph store can refund items if they are defective or faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days, with details of the defect or fault. We will then organise with Sendle to pick up the faulty item and refund the item plus associated shipping costs. elph store will refund you via your original method of payment or if you’d rather, we can issue a store credit.

Store Credits
elph store credits do not expire.
